Rentals in Lincoln Park and Lakeview Neighborhoods, Chicago IL
The Verde Partners Rentals
website is your portal to pay rent, provide feedback and submit repair requests. We offer two methods of submitting rent including online bank withdrawal or using any credit card that provides you access to awards for purchases. On this site you may submit an online application for any posted vacancy. The $25.00 application fee will be credited to your first month’s rent. This fee covers the credit check as there are no additional “move in” fees. We do ask for a first month’s rent and a security deposit. We consider pets on a case by case basis. Most of our leases are renewed on a yearly basis but we also offer the option of more extended leases.
However, if you are
interested in renting temporarily while you decide upon the perfect long term home, we can accommodate you with shorter term option. We have a fully furnished high end rental available on a monthly basis either on our Airbnb site or with the help of our agent partner Ms. Victoria Gunn of
Conlon Realty.
